Why Use the Patient Emails Section?
The Patient Emails section provides a comprehensive record of all automated and routine email communications sent to or about your patient. This includes payment confirmations, medication reminders, and important system notifications. Reviewing this section helps confirm which messages were delivered, identify bounced or missed communications, and ensure patients stay engaged with their care plan.
📧 Every email is securely logged within the patient chart for easy reference and audit trails.
