The platform is patient centric with all actions revolving around a patient:
Ordering Nutraceuticals
Obtaining a Lab Requisition
Prescribing Medications
Create a New Patient
To begin, we will want to navigate to the "Patients" tab at the top of the platform

Click on the "Add New Patient" button

Enter that patient's information. The following fields are required:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Date of Birth
Biological Sex
Practitioner
Optionally, you can also enter the patient's address by clicking the "+ Address" button
.By default, the patient will receive an email invitation to create an account for access to the patient portal. If you do not wish for them to have access, uncheck the option to "Invite patient to the platform".
Searching for a Patient
To begin, we will want to navigate to the "Patients" tab at the top of the platform

In the search box, you can type any of the following information:
Name
Email Address
Phone Number
You can also filter your patient list by gender or practitioner by clicking on the
icon to the right of the search box. Select the desired filters and click "Search".
Can I Import Patient Records?
We currently have 2 options in order to bring patient records into the platform:
Existing FarmaKeio Provider - We have the ability to link your practice to your FarmaKeio data and import the information that FarmaKeio may have on your patients such as:
Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Date of Birth
Gender
Mailing Address
Primary Practitioner
Custom CSV Files - if you can provide a CSV Export of your patients, we can also import that information. The minimum necessary data is:
Name
Gender
Date of Birth
Email Address
Primary Practitioner
Note: We are not able to import individual prescriptions or labs at this time. We are working on integrations in the future that will facilitate this.
