Configure Your Merchant Settings

We have partnered with Stripe to manage payment processing on the platform so that all charges to the patient will appear as your practice name. All profits from your practice's use of the platform are then deposited into the bank account linked through Stripe.

The first time you log into the platform you will notice a yellow box similar to:

Please have your practice administrator click on the "following this link" link to complete the Stripe setup process.

Activate the Patient Care Platform

The Patient Care Platform makes lab ordering and prescribing easy.

Our Lab Ordering Platform allows you to select lab testing from the following laboratories:

  • Quest Diagnostics

  • Labcorp

  • Access Medical Labs

  • CPL

We have negotiated preferred pricing with these laboratories and facilitate all billing and reconciliation for any orders placed on the platform. Your practice can Configure Custom Lab Combos as well as Configure Individual Test Pricing in our Administration section. The Administration section is where you can always see the most up-to-date pricing on each individual test as well.

The Patient Care Platform also integrates with FarmaKeio Custom Compounding for easily ordering non-Controlled Prescriptions. Your practice can Configure Clinical Management Fees in the Administrative section as well under "Medication Configuration". Here you can also see up-to-date pricing for the prescriptions available to be ordered.

You can activate your practice from within the Patient Care Platform:

  1. Click on the "" logo in the lower left-hand corner.

  2. Click on the "Getting Started" button found in the menu.

  3. Complete the form.

Enable "Bill to Practice"

If you wish to enable the "Bill to Practice" option for lab, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical ordering, you will want to do the following:

  1. Navigate to the "Administration" section by clicking on the tab at the top of the platform.

  2. Select "Payment" from the list of options on the left.

  3. Click on the button in the center of your screen.

  4. Enter the:

    1. Card Number

    2. Expiration Date

    3. CVV Code

    4. Cardholder Name

  5. Click on the "Save" button.

You will now see the "Bill to Practice" option when placing a lab order.

Note: If you have added any additional fees to your lab tests / combos, those fees will not be charged and your card will only be charged for the cost of labs.

Enable HSA / FSA Card Payments

Stripe allows for your practice to allow patients to use their HSA / FSA Cards for processing their orders. If you are experiencing any issues with this, it's possible that your practice was misclassified and needs to be updated with Stripe.

  1. Go to the Support Help Center - https://support.stripe.com

  2. Click "Contact Support"

  3. Request to change your MCC Code to 8099.

  4. This process may take some time to be approved.
