Our Nutraceutical Ordering Platform allows you to select various nutraceuticals for your patients. Your patients also have the option of activating auto ship on their nutraceuticals so that they receive a replenishment on a regular basis.
Placing a Nutraceutical Order
The ordering of nutraceuticals originates within a patient record. In order to get started you will want to:
Navigate to a patient record. You can access your list of patients by clicking on "Patients" in your top navigation bar. From here you can scroll through your patients or type their name in the box to search by name.
Select the "Nutraceuticals" application by clicking on the
icon.Click on the "+ Create New Nutraceutical Prescription" button.
This will bring up the product catalog allowing you to search by product name in the "Search Products" box. The catalog will automatically filter as you type in a product name.
Identify which products you are looking to prescribe and click "Add" to place the item into the patient's shopping cart.
Once you've added all of the products you wish to prescribe, click the "Continue" button.
From here you will want to configure each product. They are pre-loaded with the default dosages. As you edit the dosage, the system will recalculate the bottle requirements and alert you if the new dosage does not meet the frequency defined.
By default, "Autoship" is toggled on. If you wish to deactivate, you can click on the toggle icon
to deactivate. If "Autoship" is selected, you can also adjust the frequency with which you want your patient to receive each recurring order.Once you have configured each product, you can being the checkout process by clicking on the
button.
Shipping Options
There are three primary shipping options that are available for nutraceuticals. All of our nutraceuticals ship from our distribution facility in Vermont. You have the following options:
USPS Ground Advantage ($5) - This is a basic shipping option that takes anywhere from 3-7 business days for delivery.
UPS Ground ($10) - this is a more reliable shipping option that takes anywhere from 1-5 business days for delivery.
2 Day Shipping ($25) - this expedited option utilizes UPS 2nd Day Air for when a more definite delivery date is needed.
Overnight Shipping ($35) - this option is available for when you need your nutraceuticals immediately by utilizing UPS Overnight Shipping.
Orders received by 10:45AM CST will ship out the same day.
Applying a Discount
If you wish to apply a discount to your patient's order, you can do this on the last step of the checkout process. You will have the option of applying the following discounts:
5% Discount
10% Discount
15% Discount
Keep in mind that by applying a discount to your patients, this amount is deducted from the practice's profits on the corresponding order.
